Release of Liability & Acceptance of Terms
I do hereby waive and release VT Barks and Recreation, LLC from any and all liabilities of any nature for the actions of myself, my pet(s), or any other person who accompanies me, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of VT Barks & Recreation, LLC. VT Bark and Recreation, LLC agrees to provide all services in kind, humane, reliable and trustworthy manner. Client agrees to notify VT Bark and Recreation of any concerns within 24 hours of their return. In case of an emergency, inclement weather or a natural disaster I authorize VT Bark and Recreation, LLC to use their reasonable judgment for the care and wellbeing of my pet(s).
I understand that VT Bark and Recreation, LLC can terminate this contract if my pet becomes a threat to the safety or health of VT Bark and Recreation, LLC or the community due to aggressive behavior. VT Bark and Recreation, LLC will contact client if pet(s) display aggressive behaviors or tendencies. I acknowledge I am responsible for medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to VT Bark and Recreation, LLC or other person or animal caused by my pet(s). VT Bark and Recreation, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.
General Rules - Always leash your dog(s) from your car to inside the Freedom Park.
Always make sure to walk the perimeter of any enclosure to ensure it is secure before letting your dog off leash. If you find an area that needs attention, please let us know.
Please pick up after your pets. Bring your own poop bags which you may leave in the several buckets located within the park and at the entrance gate. Please leave the park as you found it.
Make sure you supervise your pup(s) at all times.
We require all dogs to be current on Rabies, Distemper, Kennel Cough and a parasite free fecal test within the last 6 months.
Please bring your own water and water bowls.
Please plan accordingly and do your best to arrive and leave on time as other families may have reserved time.
Treat the space as you would your own.
And lastly, the most important rule of all: have fun!
